Associate Director - Finance

Overview

Neokred is looking for a hands-on Associate Director - Finance to own the entire financial ecosystem of the company — from day-to-day finance operations to capital strategy, governance, regulatory readiness, and IPO preparation. This is a leadership role working closely with founders, Board, investors, auditors, banks, regulators, and strategic partners to drive sustainable growth, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation.

What will you be doing here?

Strategic Finance & Planning

• Own ABP, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models
• Build scenario models (growth vs profitability, fundraising, IPO, expansion)
• Partner with founders & Board on data-driven strategic decisions

IPO Readiness

• Work closely with bankers, legal counsels & merchant bankers

Cash Flow & Treasury
