Associate Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (Grade F)

This is an existing role within Mercer BCS Finance organization based out of India. The incumbent in this role will be a core member of the finance team supporting Mercer BCS US&C operations & working very closely with regional finance & business partners globally. The role's primary purpose is to provide financial planning, reporting and analytics support to business partners and the leadership teams to help achieve business and financial objectives. The role requires a highly motivated individual, with strong interpersonal skills, ready to take on new challenges and have a mindset of continuous improvement.
