Associate Director - Fund Administration

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Fund Administration to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented leader with deep expertise in fund accounting and a strong passion for client service and people management.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for second-level and final reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across fund administration processes. You will oversee multiple fund structures, and lead teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes to our clients.

This is a client-facing leadership role, with approximately 70% client service responsibilities and 30% administrative and people management functions. You will work closely with Directors and Executive Directors to support operational excellence and service delivery across assigned funds.
