The Global Process Owner (GPO) – People Services is responsible for defining, designing, and governing end-to-end HR service delivery processes across Client’s global footprint. This role is pivotal in driving standardization, digital enablement, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless, data-driven employee experience.

You will act as the process design authority for core People Services processes, ensuring they are globally consistent, locally compliant, and digitally optimized through platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other enabling technologies.
