Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and personal care industry, is seeking an Associate Director to join their team. As an Associate Director, you will be part of the Innovation Department supporting the North American well know hair care Business. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid role - 3 days a week onsite)
**Pay Range:** $50/hr-$65/hr
