Chewy is seeking an Associate Director, HR Systems & Solutions, focused on Workday integrations & reporting! In this role, you will serve as the enterprise leader for Workday’s integration and reporting ecosystem, responsible for both the strategic direction and operational excellence of Chewy’s core HR, Payroll, and Finance data flows. You and your team will lead the full portfolio of Workday integrations and reporting solutions that connect Workday to downstream platforms—including payroll, UKG, benefits, compensation, talent systems, and other enterprise applications—ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a seamless experience for our 18,000+ Team Members.
