Shift timings: 6 pm Onwards

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad (2 roles)

Mandatory requirement: people from BPM industry who has handled contact center employees/International voice process


Duties and responsibilities

  • Work with business leaders to identify critical skills and competencies required for success and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
  • Guide and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration sessions, and career development plans.
  • Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee events.
