Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business heads and management to provide advisory services, support, and delivery in key aspects from a senior-level perspective. 
  • Working closely with the team in managing HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Lead transformation initiatives and partner closely with business leaders to link the organizational, business, and workforce strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, and performance.
  • Develop and drive in partnership with leadership people programs to maximize business impact around culture, employee engagement, talent, and organization effectiveness
  • Be knowledgeable about our business objectives and company philosophy
  • Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and develop an innovative strategy around finding top talent
  • Work with the business leaders in Identifying high potentials and developing appropriate Career Progression plans & recommending role changes.
  • Create and maintain HR policies and compliance procedures. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for the organization to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Extensively work on organizational needs to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement. 
  • Drive Retention and Engagement to help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels.
  • Ensuring adherence to necessary compliances across the business unit.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sourcing & recruitment, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
  • Work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices.
  • Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Manage specific projects as required, and participate in the functional and cross-functional initiative.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Human Resource professional from a media background
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies and outcomes.
  • Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders across levels
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, high-energy individual who has been part of transformations.
