Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven and strategic Lead – HR Operations to head our core HR operations and drive process excellence across the employee lifecycle. This individual will manage critical HR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while leading a small team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, HR tech acumen, and a passion for process optimization. This role will also focus on transitioning to a new HRMS, improving documentation standards, and reinforcing accountability and ownership within the team.
