Job Title: Associate Director, ICT Solution Sales
Location: Singapore
We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next‑generation solutions. This opportunity offers exposure to large‑scale systems, innovative technologies, and a collaborative environment where skills and ideas make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic solution sales growth across network and cloud portfolios
- Lead complex, high‑value enterprise opportunities and provide commercial and solution leadership to solution sales managers
- Shape account strategies and pipeline quality and ensure margin discipline and delivery readiness
- Lead executive‑level customer engagements and shape network and cloud transformation solutions
- Guide solution sales managers on deal strategy and pricing
- Partner with presales and architects on solution integrity and review commercials, pricing, and risk positions
- Support forecasting and management reporting
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise ICT solution sales experience
- Strong background in network and cloud solutions
