Role: Associate Director, ICT Solution Sales

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • The Assistant Solution Sales Director leads complex, high-value solution pursuits, shapes go-to-market strategies, and ensures strong deal governance while mentoring solution sales managers.
  • Lead executive-level customer engagements
  • Shape network and cloud transformation solutions
  • Guide solution sales managers on deal strategy and pricing
  • Partner with presales and architects on solution integrity
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and GTM initiatives
  • Review commercials, pricing, and risk positions
  • Senior Individual Contributor with functional leadership
  • Support forecasting and management reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
  • At least 8 years enterprise ICT solution sales experience
  • Strong background in network and cloud solutions
