Job Description
Manage the global Key Account Management product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment
Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the KAM program meets diverse regional needs
Work closely with the development team in India to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
Oversee the maintenance of Key Account Management tools while driving innovation and evolution of the broader cross-functional account teams experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Account Management related queries and issues from global markets
Analyze program performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Organization policies across all markets
