Plan and execute departmental programs, aligning operations with institutional priorities and workforce needs. Oversee the full lifecycle of flexible learning and microcredential offerings, including approval, development, and management.Lead operations for flexible learning and microcredentials, ensuring quality, scalability, and continuous improvement. Partner with academic, administrative, and industry stakeholders to expand innovative, industry-aligned credentialing that supports lifelong learning and professional development.Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on strategic planning, policy and process development and execution, and cross-institutional initiatives, providing leadership in learner and stakeholder communication and engagement.Work with internal and external partners to manage credentialing and other flexible learning systems and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data int...
