Job Description

We seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of eLearning Design and Development who will be responsible for bringing pioneering innovation to, and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of curriculum (eLearning, webinar, and supporting in-person) through close collaboration with leadership, subject matter experts, and external company executives. This person will ensure the continuous delivery, monitoring, and review of curriculum, as well as the learner's journey, supported by their professional expertise and continuous learning by actively researching current trends and making recommendations consistent with the company mission and goals. This opportunity is hybrid and requires going onsite in Burbank, CA.
