Associate Director, Paid Media

Associate Directors manage complex, strategic paid media accounts and oversee teams of associates, senior associates, and managers. They are the primary point of contact for clients, lead weekly calls, develop short and long‑term strategies, maintain relationships through QBRs, and mentor team members.

• Maintain a deep understanding of major paid media platforms and core growth services.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for the largest paid media accounts and point of escalation for smaller accounts.
• Own, coordinate, and ensure successful completion of the client’s entire account roadmap, including growth services.
