Associate Director - Power Electronics

The Associate Director – Motor Drive Electronics will lead the design, development, and industrialization of advanced motor drive and power electronics systems for our products, while driving technical strategy, architecture decisions, and cross‑functional execution.This role combines deep hands‑on expertise in motor control and power electronics with leadership of a high‑performance engineering team and close collaboration with product, manufacturing, and quality.

Key responsibilities :

•Own the technical roadmap and system architecture for motor drive electronics, including inverters, motor control hardware, gate‑drive circuitry, protection, sensing, and associated embedded control interfaces.

•Lead end‑to‑end development from concept, simulation, and prototyping through validation, certification, and production ramp for motor drive and power conversion platforms.
