We're on the hunt for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R), strategic Market Access in Spain, and Health Economics. If you're passionate about making a difference, this is your chance to shine

Your mission

Drive Innovation & Lead the Way 
As our Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of exciting initiatives:

• Lead and execute impactful Pricing & Reimbursement and Market Access projects right here in Spain.
• Design and implement cutting-edge national and regional market access strategies for both upcoming pipeline products and established in-market solutions. 
• Engage directly with clients and contribute significantly to business development initiatives. Your ideas will help us grow 
• Provide invaluable support to company leadership, working directly with our CEOs to shape our strategic direction. 
• Contribute to the company's Thought Leadership in collaboration with the CEOs – your insights will help define our industry.

Your profile

Are You the One We're Looking For?
We're seeking a talented individual with:

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting (preferred) and/or the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the core activities of this role – it's essential 
• A solid degree in Economics or Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology, etc.). 
• Postgraduate studies (PhD, Master's), training in Health Economics, and scientific publications will definitely be a plus 
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience of the Spanish healthcare system, pharmaceutical policy environment, key structures, and stakeholders. You know the landscape inside out 
• A high level of commitment, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. We value dedication 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Hola Hello
