Role Overview

We are seeking an Analyst to join our MarTech and SalesTech practice, focusing on research and advisory around MarTech transformation, architecture, and implementation ecosystems. The analyst will evaluate platforms, vendors, and solution trends across the marketing technology and customer engagement landscape, including MarTech, SalesTech, AdTech, and Customer Data ecosystems.

This role combines technology research, architecture evaluation, and advisory on implementation best practices, providing a unique opportunity to influence buying decisions, vendor positioning, and technology strategy in the global MarTech and SalesTech market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market and vendor research across the MarTech and SalesTech transformation landscape, including Marketing Automation, CDP, DXP, CRM, Campaign Management, and AdTech platforms.
  • Evaluate platform capabilities, architecture models, integrations, and ecosystem maturity through primary and secondary research.
  • Assess vendors through SPARK Matrix™, SPARK Plus™, and other QKS research methodologies.
  • Build deep understanding of MarTech architecture, solution design, and implementation workflows, covering areas like omnichannel orchestration, campaign execution, personalization, data pipelines, and analytics enablement.
  • Interact with product vendors, system integrators, and enterprise customers for technology briefings, demos, and validation discussions.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to identify emerging technology trends, architecture shifts, and best practices in MarTech implementation.
  • Support client advisory and consulting sessions with insights on platform selection, integration design, data strategy, and architecture alignment.


Key Skills & Experience

  • 15-20 years of core industry experience in MarTech consulting, architecture, or solution design, or within MarTech / CX technology product companies.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech and SalesTech platforms such as Marketing Automation, CDP, DXP, CRM, Personalization, and Analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience with platform implementation, system integration, and architecture design in MarTech ecosystems.
  • Exposure to leading platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle CX, SAP Emarsys, Twilio Segment, Braze, MoEngage, Insider, or similar.
  • Familiarity with marketing data architecture, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, identity resolution, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills with ability to translate technical insights into strategic viewpoints.
  • Exposure to industry benchmarking, vendor comparison frameworks, or advisory methodologies is a plus.
