Overview
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Capital Markets Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS), has grown considerably in the recent years as Capital Markets leans more into Technology as a lever to grow the business. As technology demands from the business continue to expand, Finance support has grown in parallel in order to:
- Manage Finance and Business Management relationship to guide QTS deployment of Human and Financial Resources
- Manage relationships across the Enterprise as CM Technology is impacted by diverse groups (Enterprise T&O, CM Platform Reporting, etc.)
- Provide financial insights to senior management (Head of QTS, VP of CM Performance Management, VP of Enterprise T&O Performance Management)
- Focus on employee career development through expanded responsibilities, increasing focus on culture, employee development, and succession planning
