Job Description
Our client is looking for a Associate Director to join its Structured Finance group in São Paulo. The individual will focus on structured finance products and her/his main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for assigning and reviewing ratings on various structured finance transaction types, including ABS and RMBS
- Modeling cash flows;
- Legal documentation review
- Analyzing collateral
- Preparing credit committee reports and communicating credit opinions to investors and issuers.
Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or a business-related field with a focus in Finance
- Previous experience in securitization (structuring)
- Previous exposure to credit rating analysis or credit modeling a plus.
- Superb attention to detail and time management skills
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, Spanish is a plus.
