This role demands a proven leader who can blend deep technical and clinical lab domain expertise with a people-first leadership style, fostering an empowered, product-driven engineering culture. You will partner closely with Product, Scientific, and other IT specializations to deliver secure, scalable, and flexible solutions that provide measurable business and patient value.
