Overview
The Head of Holistic Cost Management S&T will play a pivotal role in shaping PepsiCo India's enterprise-wide cost transformation agenda. Reporting to the CSTDO, this leader partners with the CFO and business heads to define and execute the long-term cost strategy that drives financial resilience, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth and work on white spaces and transformational projects that will fuel our aggressive business growth ambition.
The role integrates digital platforms, analytics, and strategic decision-making to deliver structural productivity improvements, unlock new sources of value, and enable data-driven enterprise performance. It ensures that PepsiCo's global digital ecosystem (e.g., SAP, B2B, analytics tools, automation platforms) is strategically leveraged not only to optimize costs, but to redefine how the business operates, invests, and grows profitably.
