The Carbon Lead drives the MetroLink carbon strategy, collaborating across directorates to identify and implement reduction opportunities. They establish performance metrics, lead measurement frameworks, and ensure targets align with global best practice, partnering with contractors and consultants to deliver innovative, measurable carbon savings throughout the project lifecycle.
