We are looking for an experienced and strategic individual to lead a high-priority, enterprise wide initiative focused on Talent Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Organization Design/Job Architecture and Skill-Based Organization (SBO). This role is critical to shaping the future of how we harness skills across teams to stay agile, innovative, and customer centric.
As a COE SME, you will drive the strategic design, development, delivery and optimization of this large-scale transformation, working cross-functionally across varied stakeholder groups. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on our organizational agility, talent development, and long-term growth strategy.
