The Role

Genmab is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director, Team Lead, to join our Global Clinical Drug Supply Manufacturing team in Ballerup, Denmark. This is a newly created role, offering a rare opportunity to shape and lead the operational establishment of a small-scale manual packaging and labeling facility.

As the packaging and labeling facility is currently under establishment, you will enter the position during the project phase and be expected to contribute to the finalization and inspection of the facility, as well as to plan and prepare for the first operational activities together with your team.
