The Associate Director, Training and Quality will serve as a single point of contact for clients and Concentrix leaders, ensuring the effective execution of training and quality initiatives.

- Single point of contact for Clients as well as Concentrix leaders for Training and Quality
- Driving execution and consistency in Concentrix Training and Quality Framework
- Drive Tech Infusion of Concentrix tools
- Support seasonal / growth ramps
- Governance of performance
- Client Engagement through Workshops
- Responsible for Training & Quality Client VOC
- Manage & expand Training and & Quality as a Service
