About the Role

The Associate Director, Training and Quality will serve as a single point of contact for clients and Concentrix leaders, ensuring the effective execution of training and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for Clients as well as Concentrix leaders for Training and Quality
  • Driving execution and consistency in Concentrix Training and Quality Framework
  • Drive Tech Infusion of Concentrix tools
  • Support seasonal / growth ramps
  • Governance of performance
  • Client Engagement through Workshops
  • Responsible for Training & Quality Client VOC
  • Manage & expand Training and & Quality as a Service
