We are seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join a people-first, sustainability-focused building services consultancy in Oxfordshire. This is a leadership position for an experienced engineer who wants to take ownership of electrical design, mentor junior staff, and influence strategic decisions on high-performance, low-carbon projects. As an Associate Electrical Design Engineer , you will lead the electrical discipline across education, residential, heritage, and science sector projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically excellent and sustainable MEP solutions.
