Job Description Job Description Overview: Leadership of Capital and Expense Projects ($10K - ~$10MM) for Celanese. Our Electrical Project Engineer will provide project management, technical engineering design, costs, plans, and specifications for construction of new facilities and reconditioning or altering of existing systems and equipment. Defines final project scope, determines best engineering solution, estimates cost, develops funding requests and manages spending and execution throughout life of the project. Responsibilities: Based on project requirements, communicates team member needs to site supervision to execute the project. Provides timing and direction to this team in order to achieve cost and timing of project. Leads decisions on contracting strategy and selection of contractor(s).
