About the role
This role will provide technical proactive and reactive services for the remotely connected stores across UK using multiple Building Management Systems and ensure measurable reductions in energy usage of controlled assets.
You will be responsible for
BMS Technical & Energy Management Services – Working within the TBS Energy operations team, you will take an active involvement in the support of the all-technical BMS Energy related requirements on a day-to-day basis.
Headline responsibilities are as follows:
o Providing 1st response remote fix or technical feedback on diagnosis of faulto Implementing changes to HVAC / Lighting operating parameters in conjunction with the building operations management whilst ensuring that internal building environment is not unduly compromisedo Reviewing, through continuous monitoring, HVAC / Lighting plant status and operating parameters to ensure that optimum settings are n...
