Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
The successful candidate will be part of a EIIC team working on development and analysis of polymer and composite material simulations to reduce weight and cost, while maintaining performance and durability. The incumbet is expected to improve on-time delivery performance for our customers by ensuring first time right manufacturing of Eaton products by partnering with Manufacturing and supply chain teams to suggest tooling improvements. The incumbent needs to develop culture of “Manufacturing analysis first” by collaborating with Product Design leaders and teams from various businesses across Eaton.
• Demonstrate technical leadership in the area of polymer and composite processing and its analysis through Mold flow (Injection molding) simulations.
• Leads in identifying, evaluating, and recommending combined material, design, and manufacturing processes that meet the application requirements.
