Job Description

Position Summary 

The 2-year Engineering Trainee Program equips graduates with the necessary technical skills to further develop into leaders at Johnson Electric. During the program, you will receive all-round technical training and practical opportunity under professional guidance in one of the following areas:

  • Plastic Injection
  • Metal Stamping
  • Die-casting
  • Magnet

    • The successful completion of the program will lead you to a permanent employment at Johnson Electric.

    Requirements

  • Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Automation Engineering or other related disciplines
  • Proactive with passion to develop in manufacturing industry
  • Good team player who is eager to learn and with good work attitude
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
