Associate Engineer - GPON Controller

Be a part of something BIG! As a Associate Enginner, you are responsible to support the field technician for their installation and maintenance jobs. This is not limited to perform validation and checkson fixed business orders to ensure it is ready for installation appointment.

Make an Impact by:

• Contact customer on key updates, change and milestone
• Verify and ensure order have been processed accurately and on timely manner and ready for installation or maintenance visit. Conduct necessary rectification action (including escalation), when requires.
• Provide guidance and support to internal staff (sales and field technician) relating to the fixed business orders related appointment and procedure
• Assist to re-schedule the installation appointment and communicate if there is any delay issue for Fiber or if customer insists to make chang
