**Title: Associate Engineer, IT Support**
**Location: Bengaluru**
+ Should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience.
+ Manage and Administer Laptop, Desktop, virtual servers, primarily Windows
+ Installation & support of Windows, MAC OS, iOS and Android devices.
+ Asset Management.
+ Apply regular security patches and software updates.
+ Experience and Expertise on Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Fileservers, Group Policies, FTP & SFTP etc.
+ Knowledge of Patch management using tools like SCCM.
+ Understanding of WAN/LAN architecture, VPNs.
+ Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and maintained.
+ Should be flexible to work as per Business requirement.<...
