Associate Engineer-Network Security

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network & Security L1 Engineer to support the daily operations of our IT network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network connectivity and security devices, ensuring high availability and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network devices, firewalls, and security appliances using monitoring tools.
• Provide L1 support for incidents and service requests related to network and security.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi).
• Assist in configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists under supervision.
• Respond to alerts and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams when required.
