Associate Engineer (SMT)

Lead and supervise line technicians during the shift.

Ensure production lines (Smart and electrical torque screw driver, Zebra label printer, TIM dispenser and tooling) run smoothly according to the production plan.

Coordinate changeovers and setups to minimize downtime.

Monitor material availability and escalate shortages in advance.

Quality Assurance

Verify that all products meet quality standards by ensuring proper machine setup and inspection results.

Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and sample verification before mass production.

Enforce ESD, workmanship, and process control compliance.

Escalate quality issues promptly to engineers or QA for corrective action.

Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance to line technician.

Assign tasks and monitor workforce allocation to balance workload.

Act as the first point of contact for any shift-level issues.
