Overview: $14.25/hour At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as an Associate Services Assistant you'll be responsible for the overall guest experience at our signature and catered events. You’ll also… Facilitate the setup and tear down of events Supports Associate Services Team in the creation, planning, and execution of a variety of associate engagement events. Events include but are not limited to ride nights,associate luncheons, DEI Events, associate recognition, PT & FT Gatherings. Distribute clothing and promotional incentives, including, but not limited to spring weekend wear, Halloweekend gear, and departmental requests. Assist daily work assignments and workforce distribution to cover events while maintaining budget guidelines and meeting all business needs. Includes the creation and distribution of weekly department schedule.
