Job Description

Technical Expert – Content Solutions is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our enterprise content ecosystem—built on a modern CCMS platform. Candidates with experience of Adobe Experience Manager are preferred.

Technical Expert – Content Solutions blends hands-on technical execution with architectural thinking, collaborating across content, IT, and product teams to deliver multichannel, high-quality, and secure content solutions that power KONE’s customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Ecosystem Management:

- Continuously verify the health and performance of the content ecosystem. 

- Manage and execute platform upgrade activities in collaboration with Adobe Customer Success Engineers (CSE). 

- Perform daily troubleshooting related to content errors, renditions, and output generation. 

- Plan and execute content migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. 

Integration & Development:

- Develop and conceptualize integrations between the CCMS and other KONE enterprise systems. 

- Work with CI/CD pipelines for deployment, configuration updates, and automated processes. 

- Design, update, and maintain stylesheets using DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT), XSLT, and CSS. 

Content Architecture & Quality:

- Apply and recommend modular authoring principles to enable structured, reusable, and channel-agnostic content. 

- Ensure technical quality assurance of modular content, including validation rules, metadata, and taxonomy consistency. 

- Support and optimize multichannel publishing processes. 

Security & Compliance:

- Incorporate cybersecurity principles and best practices into content solution designs. 

- Ensure integration and support for Single Sign-On (SSO) and secure authentication. 

  • Strong experience with CCMS platform management—preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). 
  • In-depth knowledge of modular authoring principles. 
  • Expertise in DITA and DITA Open Toolkit configuration and publishing workflows. 
  • Experience with HTML, Java, or related web technologies. 
  • Software development experience, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). 
  • Proficiency in XSLT and CSS for template and stylesheet development. 
  • Understanding of multichannel publishing architecture and processes. 
  • Experience in modular content technical quality assurance. 
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and working with SSO solutions. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant
  • Experience with content migrations at enterprise scale. 
  • Familiarity with content taxonomy design, metadata management, and tagging strategies. 
  • Knowledge of automation scripts and tools to optimize content operations.
