Overview The Associate Facilities Engineer is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the assigned facilities equipment and installations, including but not limited to: Air compressors, air conditioning units, swamp coolers, exhaust fans, fire suppression system, building and grounds, gates, alarm system, water heaters, space heaters, furniture, illumination system, etc. Responsibilities Daily walkthroughs by the building to verify everything is operating as expected Inspection and troubleshooting for: Compressed air system A/C units Swamp coolers Restrooms issues Emergency generator Electrical installations Conducts periodic inspections to ensure 5S’s and safety conditions are maintained in the building Coordinates the activities of facilities contractors, ensuring safety compliance and issuing proper work permits, etc Communicate with internal costumers verbally and in writing and supports them on facilities needs the...
