Responsibilities

  • On-site Technical Support: Provide basic support for desktop hardware, applications, email, printers, and network-related issues at client sites.
  • Installation and Configuration: Assist in the installation, de-installation, and configuration of MS Windows OS, applications, and user software.
  • Break/Fix Troubleshooting: Perform initial troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, escalating more complex problems to senior engineers.
  • Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC): Support hardware and software relocations and updates as part of project requirements.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Participate in preventive maintenance activities to ensure system performance and stability.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Field Service Team Lead / Supervisor for timely resolution.
