Roles and Responsibilities

The role is on Third Party payrolllAbout the roleSupporting the Finance Team at plant with regular reporting of Production and Sales, IRN Checking for Invoices, support to Tax team on GST reports filing and other associated tasks to liaison with Vendors. Customs Duty, Freight and CHA Charges Accounting in SAP Responsibilities Ensure the stake holders expectations met and timely providing solutions to the issues faced by them
Internal Circulation of Production and Sales Report
Monthly Documents Verification of OHs
IRN Checking for Day to Day inwards
Support to Taxation Team on preparation on GST Reports (GSTR 1/3B and GSTR 9)
IGCR documentation submission support
Customs Duty Payments book keeping in SAP
Freight Accounting
CHA Charges AccountingEnsure the submission of Income Tax declarations by the stake holders and supporting them on their due information and other related issues.
Checking of the declarations accuracy and completenessEffective liaisoning
Liasioning with Vendors on GST reporting and transactional Issues
Time to time collection of various declarations from suppliers like Turnover, compliances etc.,
Auditors Co-ordinating with and Responding to the auditors on their observations and providing valid explanations to close the audittimely
