Job Description

Our client is an established China-based securities company. They are seeking a finance manager to join their team.

Responsibilities：

  • Be responsible for the account and financial reports, regulatory and management reports and other finance related work;

  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures;

  • Liaise with external/internal parties on audit, tax returns and other accounting and financial matters;

  • Handle regulatory financial reports to SFC;

  • Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned.

    • Requirements：

  • Degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline and / or professional qualification of HKICPA / CTA or equivalent;

  • At least 5 years related work experience, preferred with experience in sizable securities firms;

  • Candidate with experience in CPA firms or Chinese financial institutions is preferred;
