Transactional processing, reporting, and reconciliations within Kofax and Unite for 529 plan operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily tasks.Monitor workflow queues in Kofax to prioritize and process Account changes, Deposits, Withdrawals, Rollover, Enrollments etc. for education savings accounts.Support onboarding and maintenance of 529 plan accounts in Unite, ensuring data is consistent, compliant, and audit ready.Analyze operational data and financial transactions to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.Assist with the creation of dashboards, routine operational reports, and documentation to track productivity, errors, and regulatory adherence.Collaborate closely with cross border teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain operational continuity across time zones.Responsible for protecting, securing, and prope...
