Job Title: Associate - Financial Analyst / Accountant
Experience: 2–5 years (Real Estate/Consulting experience preferred)
Location: Bengaluru
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing IND AS financial statements, managing month-end activities, and coordinating audits. Prior exposure to real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare IND AS financial statements, including quarterly consolidation.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end activities at the group level.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, coordinate annual audit activities, and address audit queries and findings.
- Review General Ledger entries and ensure proper classification of transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
- Prepare management information reports, board packs, financial summaries, and executive presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IND AS accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Experience in consolidation and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience; real estate industry experience is a plus.
