Role Description:

Process payroll deductions received from Journals with Various Recordkeepers. Review and perform quality checks on payroll data at Recordkeeper level and as a TPA. Timely reporting on Internal/external errors and should perform RCA for the error logs.

Job Description:

  • Knowledge in processing payroll / Contribution files.
  • Identifies and collects critical information from various documents provided by the clients.
  • Completed assigned tasks with due diligence within specified SLA
  • Reviews information consolidated by other to ensure accuracy.
