Role Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Full-Stack Developer who is eager to learn, contribute to real-world projects, and grow into a strong full-stack engineer. The role involves working on both frontend and backend development under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing frontend and backend features
  • Work with APIs, databases, and basic business logic
  • Fix bugs and support ongoing development tasks
  • Write clean, maintainable code with guidance
  • Participate in code reviews and sprint activities
  • Follow coding standards and best practices
  • Support testing, documentation, and deployments

Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (preferred: React)
  • Basic backend knowledge (Node.js / Java / Python / .NET)
  • Understanding of REST APIs
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Basic Git/version control knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Experience & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of software development experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Internship or academic project experience is a plus
