Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement user interfaces and back-end services that support AI chatbot functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and AI/NLP specialists, to ensure successful chatbot implementation Leverage natural language processing (NLP) libraries and services to improve chatbot understanding and generate contextual responses Implement conversation flows, logic, and state management for chatbot interactions Optimize chatbot performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards that provide insights into chatbot performance, user interactions, and operational metrics.
