Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement user interfaces and back-end services that support AI chatbot functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and AI/NLP specialists, to ensure successful chatbot implementation
  • Leverage natural language processing (NLP) libraries and services to improve chatbot understanding and generate contextual responses
  • Implement conversation flows, logic, and state management for chatbot interactions
  • Optimize chatbot performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards that provide insights into chatbot performance, user interactions, and operational metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest front-end and back-end technologies, AI/NLP advancements, and industry best practices.
