Meta is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Litigation to strategically manage complex litigation including class actions, multi-district and state equivalent coordinated proceedings and product liability litigation. Associate General Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities:
1. Manage, develop and drive litigation strategy on complex litigation matters in collaboration with outside counsel and other attorneys on the Meta legal team
2. Manage pretrial case workup including initial motions practice, fact and expert discovery and summary judgment
3. Prepare company witnesses for deposition and trial testimony
4. Work with outside counsel and others on the Meta legal team to develop trial strategy
