Associate General Manager - Business Development

Overview

Purpose/Objective

Lead business development activities for MTCS. The incumbent will identify and pursue opportunities in coal, iron ore, and mineral exploration services, while building strategic relationships across the mining and mineral industry. Responsibilities include scouting tenders, engaging with service providers for synergies, preparing bids, and presenting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Actively gather information and explore business opportunities for MTCS in mining consultancy, exploration & emerging areas.
• Search for various active tenders/ RFQs/ new projects for relevant services provided by MTCS.
• Track competition and key market changes to support management decision making.
• Identify possible collaboration opportunities across the globe.
• Prepare and review contracts as per agreed terms to ensure its accuracy.
