    Job Description

  • Evaluation of new deals or potential investments
  • Due diligence and deal execution
  • Portfolio monitoring and asset management
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations
  • Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT City
  • Participate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in financial institutions and investment banks
  • Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA / CFA
  • Sector Outlook: Exposure to Real Estate investments preferred/ Real Estate Deals at IPCs/Investment Banks
  • Location: GIFT City
  • Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
