Role & responsibilities:
Harmonious Industrial Relations:
Play a consultative role in managing cordial IR atmosphere
Work on strategies for positive IR climate in factory
Long Term Settlements and effective implementation
Implement communication, intervention, counselling to improve morale
Address issues impacting morale proactively; facilitate dialogue & conflict resolution
Facilitate monthly Union meetings and grievance closure
Strengthen governance around statutory compliance
Drive zero-based HR budgeting and adherence
Ensure statutory compliance requirements
Verify and monitor monthly compliance audit scores
Collaborate with CFT and educate on compliance to arrest deviations
Liaison with Government authorities
Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety
